OWN DAMAGE CLAIM (OD)
An “Own Damage (OD) Claim” means you authorise your workshop to file your claims against your own insurance policy for the losses arising from an accident. Typically, your losses include the repair costs of your accident-damaged car and the loss of use when your car is under repair.

THIRD PARTY CLAIM (TP)
A “Third Party (TP) Claim” means you authorise your workshop to submit your claims for the losses arising from an accident directly to the Third Party’s insurance company.
